These resources shall communicate our policy to the community and implement the management system throughout the organization.
IMS Electronics Recycling, Inc. shall conduct business in observance of all applicable laws and regulations, in observance of all contractual agreements with customers, in compliance with the electronic industry code of conduct (EICC), and in compliance with other requirements accepted by management.
The quality, environmental, health, and safety policy and corresponding management system applies to all persons working for or on the behalf of IMS Electronics Recycling, Inc. Since IMS Electronics Recycling, Inc. does not have authority over services performed by the landlord or The IMS Group, these entities are not controlled by the policy and corresponding management system.
