Mike Ulery – VP of Operations email@example.com
Mike Ulery is the Vice President of Operations overseeing production, supply chain and business functions for IMS Electronics’ four facilities. He is responsible for operational, logistics, production, financial and quality aspects of the processing facilities.
Ulery has over twenty years’ experience within our industry with a focus on IT asset management, IT asset disposition, deployments and production. He has additional experience in numerous areas within the Electronic Recycling/ITAD industry including compliance, resale, ISO programs, vendor management and quality management programs. He also has strong background in Project Management and Change Management methodologies.
Outside of the day to day management within Ulery’s key areas, his focus is on strategic initiatives, continuous improvements and innovation to maintain and strengthen IMS Electronics position as a top tier Electronics Recycler and provider of ITAD services.
Robert Benavent – Director of Compliance firstname.lastname@example.org
Robert Benavent joined the IMS Electronics team in 2014 and heads up the compliance department for IMS Electronics, encompassing ISO and R2 standards at all locations. Previously serving as a Senior Engineer within the Corporate Environmental, Health and Safety Department at Sony Electronics, Inc., he managed national e-waste compliance, including vendor auditing, volume tracking, and contract review. He also led ISO compliance at various sites during his tenure at Sony.
Previous to his OEM experience he was an environmental consultant with regional and national engineering firms specializing in air and noise analysis. IMS Electronics is honored to employ a military veteran on its team as he also served in the U.S. Air Force. Benavent holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of California, Riverside, and a M.B.A. from Florida State University.

Bill Peterson – CA General Manager email@example.com
Bill Peterson is the General Manager in Poway, California where he has overall responsibility for sales, operations, and business functions. His executive activities include the planning, organizing, coordinating, and decision making needed to position the company with strategic market solutions and to attain desirable cost and profit elements.
While in management for over 20 years, prior to joining the e-waste management industry he worked in manufacturing. He entered manufacturing after graduating California Polytechnic University with a B.S. degree with Honors. His career in manufacturing was defined by a drive toward efficiency, agility, quality, and cost control. Managing engineering and production functions such as product design/development, process improvement, quality, and enterprise management, he made his mark with several regional and national manufacturers.
Before joining IMS Electronics, Peterson was General Manager for another national electronics recycling and asset management firm. Since entering the e-waste management industry the operations under his management have supported state legislated e-waste recycling programs in Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Hawaii. He has successfully applied his management experience to electronic waste collection, logistics, environmental compliance, de-manufacturing, resource recovery, universal waste handling, and hazardous waste disposal. Jorge Vasquez is the National Sales Manager for IMS Electronics, overseeing the operations and business functions. In his primary role, he is responsible for revenue generation and strategic business solutions.
He is a results driven manager with significant management experience in electronic waste sectors including disposal, logistics, collection and transfer operations, resource recovery recycling and IT assets Management. He has applied strategic insight and tactical direction in developing and training the workforce in the organization.
Vasquez is a well-rounded manager experienced in technical development, operations management and business development. He plays a pivotal role in creating successful revenue growing strategies, developing and optimizing new business ventures and operations management. His main drive is to help fuel growth, promote innovation, and increase IMS Electronics’ productivity.
Under his leadership, IMS Electronics is the industry leader in innovative electronic recycling solutions. Vasquez is passionate about providing resources to IMS workforce to achieve personal and professional growth, while meeting and exceeding corporate initiatives and goals.
Nick Nespeca – OH General Manager email@example.com
Nick Nespeca is the General Manager for the IMS Electronics Columbus, OH location overseeing the operations and business functions. He is a highly accomplished manager with 17 years of management experience in pollution control and recycling. His expertise is in leading operations, identifying improvement opportunities, building workforces, reducing waste, and consistently delivering profit within an extremely competitive market.
Nespeca has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and uses this training to drive improvements in efficiency and to serve as an innovative change agent. He has championed continuous improvement programs across all aspects of operations and has extensive Lean manufacturing experience. He is skilled in building, revitalizing, and optimizing operations.

Kaelyn Schleich is a project manager based out of the Poway, CA location and is responsible for the supervision, maintenance, and logistics coordination of several national IT Asset Management accounts.
In addition to her role as Project Manager, she supports the Business Development, Sales, and Operations teams by offering an extensive knowledge base of customer focus-related standard operating procedures. She is recognized as being highly knowledgeable in compliance and in IT asset management and data destruction processes.
With a strong focus on customer service, Schleich takes great pride in providing exceptional support to her national account and OEM clients. Combining her commitment to environmentally sound practices and a passion for developing customizable solutions for her clients, she is always striving to improve customer relations.
Samuel Wohl – West Coast/Latin America Business Development Manager email@example.com
Samuel Wohl currently serves as the West Coast and Latin America Business Development Manager out of the Poway CA facility. He manages all new client relationships specializing in enterprise IT Asset disposition, secure data sanitization, e-waste recycling and OEM waste solutions. Before joining IMS Electronics, he was responsible for a similar sales territory for a large electronic manufacturing supply company.
Before his tenure in electronics, Wohl worked in the auto finance industry for Capital One. He held multiple positions within Capital One including San Diego County Sales Manager Product Manager, and Business Development Manager via the Direct to Consumer E-Commerce Division. Over the course of his career, he has also managed and provided consulting services for international real estate, online media projects and creative marketing.
